BENT RAIL dented barrel
Prior to the accident, this cargo tank was certified as a hazardous material package as required in 49 CFR 180.407.At this time, the specification plate is covered, and all previous testdates/ markings will be covered.If the buyer intends to place this cargo tank back into hazardous material service, it is the buyer's responsibility for the recertification of this cargo tank to meet the requirement as outline in 49 CFR 180.407.
